A 3hr hour private foraging experience to discover the world of wild food and medicine. We will stop and talk about the trees, plants and fungi we find along our route and you will have the opportunity to get hands on and explore with your senses, tasting along the way. You'll be given preparation advice, recipe ideas and some of the fascinating folklore associated with them. After the foraging walk we will head back to base and where you will make your own Wild Kraut to take home with you!
