Learn the fundamentals of foraging as we wander through picturesque surroundings in the heart of Llangollen.

This 2.5 hour picturesque walk will guide you through all the basic principles of foraging. You will learn how to safely identify edible and medicinal plants and fungi, as well as which ones to avoid! You'll be given hints and tips on how to use the ingredients we find, as well as learning some fascinating folklore about them. This walk will help you to connect to the environment around you and empower you to go on and learn more. This walk will be an exploration of the senses as we discover what seasonal bounty is growing around us.

The walk will commence at 10am so please arrive ten minutes early so we can start on time.

Suitable for all fitness levels, the walk is short and on even ground. We will stop frequently to talk about the plants we find.

Children are welcome! Under 16’s £20. Under 10’s go free - only one child per adult please.

This event is outdoors so please dress appropriately for the weather come rain or shine!

*Living Wild reserves the right to cancel 24 hrs before the event if minimum numbers are not met. In this case you will be offered an alternative date or where this is not possible, a refund.

A minimum of 14 days notice before the original booking date is required to reschedule. If there are no suitable alternative dates you can either have a voucher to redeem anytime within 1 year, or a refund minus the booking fee of £5.
